How to apply for a GAR grant

Ohio Common Grant Application

If you have received permission by a GAR employee to submit an application, please apply by using the Ohio Common Grant Application Form. If you have questions about the application process, please review our flowchart of steps to apply.

Using the Online Common Grant Form

  1. Create an account (Ohio Common Grant Application Form)
  2. Save your login & password
  3. You will be emailed a link and login info
  4. You can save your application and login at anytime to review or make changes.
  5. You can use the "Grant Application Login" links at the top of each page as well to login.
