All recipients of non-endowment grants must submit a report to the Foundation at the completion of the project or within one year of the payment of the grant. The report is meant to help grant recipients describe how the grant objectives were attained throughout the grant period.  When a grant is awarded, the designated GAR Program Officer will provide a format for the report and request specific reporting dates.

All recipients of grants for endowment must submit to the Foundation an annual certification of compliance with The GAR Foundation Policy Governing Grants for Endowment. See Certificate of Compliance form.

In all cases, written approval must be obtained from the Foundation before any unspent grant funds are diverted to activities other than those identified in the original grant award.
